Your order will normally be processed within 24 hours. Delivery times
are usually within 5 working days of receipt of your order and payment.
You will be notified by email if delivery will take longer than 7 days.
Shipping and Handling
Standard charges, for UK delivery, to an upper weight limit of 2kg
are as follows:

Up to £12.50 - £1.95
£12.51 to £39.99 - £2.95
£40.00 to £79.99 - £3.95
Over £80.00 - £4.95
We will contact you for authorization before shipping if the shipping
and handling charges will exceed the above costs. Surf board delivery
charge is £19.50 per board.
Overseas deliveries are by quotation. Please contact us before
confirming your order.
You will be advised by email if the delivery of your prints will take
longer than 7 working days or if the product you require is out of
stock. Out of stock items are automatically placed on back
estimated deliver date will be advised by email, you have the option to
cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
A refund will not be given if goods are used or
returned more than 7 days after invoice date.
Items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged.
If you are not completely satisfied with any goods please contact us
immediately with details of the problem. Please return unused goods in
their original packaging within 7 days of the invoice date for a full

The original shipping documents received with the original order must
also be included, this will help us to quickly deal with the
replacement/refund of the product. Pack the items together with the
original documentation, and the details listed above, together with the
original product packaging securely in a box using sufficient padding to
avoid damage in transit. All items being returned remain your
responsibility until they have been received by 360 Photography unless
the original delivery was declined as the item was damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order you
will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If there is
an error fulfilling your order please contact us within 3 days of
receiving the goods and we will correct the error or refund as
necessary. We reserve the right to request return of prints or the items
supplied before a issuing a refund.
A refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days of the return of
an item. A refund will be issued using in the same payment method used
for the original purchase, confirmation of the refund will be sent by
email once completed. Only if the item is being returned due to our
error will the original shipping costs be refunded.
